Was told by a professional wine maker that it is ok to use city tap water because during fermentation the chlorine would gas off.

Every time someone leaves a smart@ss comment, they think they are the wittiest one. Be a genuine person Fatty (we all know you care more for the bottle than the wine anyway).

Should be no sugar left at the end, the yeast converts it all to alcohol. If something happens to stop the fermentation before all of the sugar is converted it will probably taste so bad you wouldnt want to drink it anyway.

Is there sugar left after its been turned into alchol im diabetic and this is important to know

um i would make sure there is enough sugar in the juice (i would not use a smoothie) and put some thing on top so air can get in but not out. A ballon with 3 or 4 small holes in it or something like panty hose. you can drink it but it will probably taste teribble.

it will have to be left in an airtight, sterilized container with an airlock on top. Don't bother asking what an airlock is, you should watch more videos if you're really interested. After 1st fermentation, you must rack the wine into another container, repeat process until the wine starts getting clear.

1 question thats kind of out of topic , what happens if i add like 1/8 gram of bakers yeast to a litre of fruit smoothie iand leave for a month ? will it be drinkable or will it make me go blind ?
