Make it in a 5 gallon water cooler bottle. 16 quarts of grape juice, 3 packets of dry active yeast, boil a pound or so of sugar in a quart of bottled water till its a syrup, let it cool Add the grape juice and syrup, the bottle should be almost full, add syrup and finally add the yeast, dont shake cover with a latex glove with rubber bands tightly, dont poke holes the air will escape. after 2 weeks its done and then bottle it,after two more weeks rake it, flavor with more syrup and get buzz!

Should you filter out the wine before or after you put it in the frige for 2-3 days?

Yum Yum Juice :) I like that! The instructions couldn't be simpler. I'll be attempting this on the weekend, thanks for posting!

Might I also add the alcohol is much stronger than store bought wine!

I made this wine from the instructions in this video plus I added a couple other steps. It has been 21 total days now. I racked the wine a couple times and bought some additives from my local winery to preserve flavor, kill bacteria, and to re-sweeten the wine. This stuff is amazing!!! I never thought homemade wine could taste this good.
